Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products offered by Maison CÉTOILE on its website.

Acceptance of these Terms is required to complete any order.

2. Products

Maison CÉTOILE offers home linen, loungewear and decorative accessories.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual.
Slight variations may occur due to artisanal manufacturing processes or differences in screen display.

3. Orders

Any order becomes final once payment has been validated.

A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Maison CÉTOILE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or a prior dispute with the customer.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit or debit card
PayPal
Bank transfer

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Maison CÉTOILE reserves the right to cancel the order.

Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched only after full receipt of funds.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered within France and Europe by partner carriers committed to a more sustainable delivery approach.

Estimated delivery times

Mainland France

Standard delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch
Express delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch

Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg & the Netherlands

2–4 business days from dispatch

Other European countries

5–10 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or special operations.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees may be offered depending on the destination, delivery method and order value.
Applicable delivery fees and any free-shipping thresholds are displayed before order confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a period of 60 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be:

unworn and unused
free from stains or signs of wear
returned in their original packaging (pouch, box, etc.)

Return shipping costs are covered by Maison CÉTOILE for orders delivered within France, limited to one return per order.

For international orders, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

For returns from France, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Returned items must be received in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 15 calendar days for the refund to appear on your account.

8. Warranty

All products comply with applicable regulations.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at contact@maisoncetoile.com so that appropriate support can be arranged.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing this, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bordeaux, and be governed by French law.
