Density, expressed in mommes (mm) , directly influences the hold , durability and feel :

- 16 momme: lightweight, fluid, and breathable. Ideal for everyday use, especially for double-sided pillowcases.

- 19 mommes: denser, more resistant, with a beautiful hold. A perfect balance between softness and durability.

- 22 momme: thick, luxurious, with a more structured drape. It requires more care — hand washing is recommended to preserve its shine.

Yes, our 16mm and 19mm bristles can be machine washed (delicate cycle, 30°C, with a net). The 22mm bristle is more fragile: we recommend hand washing.

Silk is a natural and delicate material, but also durable when properly cared for. Appropriate care allows it to retain its luster and softness for a long time.

Yes. TENCEL™ Lyocell is machine washable at low temperatures, retains its shape well, and requires minimal ironing. It's a soft, breathable, and practical fabric for everyday wear.

TENCEL™ irons easily and wrinkles little.

We advise against tumble drying silk, in order to preserve the fiber and the shape of the garments.
