Refund Policy

At Maison CÉTOILE, we believe in mindful purchases... and easy returns.

Extended return: 60 days to change your mind

You have 60 days after receiving your order to make a return.
This period allows you to ensure that each item suits you perfectly.

Return Conditions

• Item unworn, unused, without stains or marks
• Product returned in its original packaging (pouch, gift box, etc.)

Return Costs

France

Free return.
A prepaid label will be sent to you by e-mail.

Other countries

Return costs are at your expense and are not refundable.

How to make a return

Send an e-mail to contact@maisoncetoile.com with your order number.
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions, as well as the return address.
For France, a prepaid label will be provided.
Once the package is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund.

Refund Period

The refund is processed within 10 working days after receipt of the returned package.

Depending on your bank, this period may extend up to 15 calendar days before appearing in your account.
