Each order is carefully prepared in our partner warehouse in France.
Our pieces are packaged in a reusable cover or box, accompanied by a biodegradable bag for safe and respectful transport.
Our delivery partners in France and Europe are also committed to a sustainable approach.
📦 Estimated delivery times

Metropolitan France Standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. 1 to 2 business days with express delivery.

Refund Policy
At CÉTOILE, we believe in thoughtful purchases… and easy returns.
✨ Extended return policy: 60 days to change your mind
We offer you up to 60 days After receiving your order, you can make a return. This gives you time to ensure that each item truly suits you.
📦 Return conditions
• Item unworn, unused, without stains or marks.
• Product in its original packaging (pouch, gift box, etc.).
🌍 Return shipping costs
• France: Free return. A prepaid label will be sent to you by email.
• Other countries: Shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
✉️ How to make a return
1. Send an email to contact@maisoncetoile.com with your order number.
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions, including the return address.
3. For France, a prepaid label will be provided.
4. Once the package has been returned and checked, we will process the refund.
💳 Refund period
The refund will be processed within 10 business days. after receiving the returned package.
Depending on your bank, this period can take up to 15 calendar days to appear on your account.
