At CÉTOILE, sustainability is not a slogan: it's a way of doing things.
We prioritize essential pieces , carefully selected materials , and production designed to last .
On this page, we detail our choices — materials, manufacturing, packaging — simply, with concrete benchmarks and without excessive promises.
Materials chosen for durability

Sustainability often begins with a well-chosen material.
CÉTOILE was built around a founding duo: natural silk and TENCEL™ Lyocell, our plant-based silk.
In some seasons, we also invite other fibers that meet this requirement, such as French linen or organic cashmere.
Each material is selected for its quality, comfort, and ability to last over time.

RESPONSIBLE MANUFACTURING & SELECTED PARTNERS

We work with partners selected for their mastery of materials and the quality of their finishes.
We proceed in small batches and favor progressive production, in order to limit overproduction and better adjust our quantities.
The place of manufacture is indicated on each piece, in full transparency.
Our objective remains the same: to prioritize quality, without compromise.
REUSABLE PACKAGING & SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING

Reusable pouches, sturdy boxes, packaging limited to what is essential: every detail is carefully considered.
We also seek a balance between service and sobriety, both in our packaging and in our logistics.
We do not claim perfection. We are moving forward step by step, seeking to improve our practices over time.
A SUSTAINABILITY APPROACH IN MOTION

We seek a balance between service and simplicity : shipping with care, without going fast at all costs.
We limit unnecessary back-and-forth trips (clear information, advice, suitable packaging) and, when possible, favour more responsible logistics solutions.
We do not claim to have perfect logistics — we choose, we measure, we improve.
