TENCEL™ LYOCELL DUVET COVER: GOOD TO KNOW
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a plant fiber made from certified wood, developed in Austria and produced using a circular, resource-friendly process.
At CÉTOILE we call it plant-based silk because of its sensory and technical qualities which are close to natural silk.
Yes. TENCEL™ Lyocell is appreciated for its soft touch and smooth surface, which limits the feeling of "roughness" on contact with the skin.
Its comfort is also linked to its thermal balance : a breathable material, pleasant when the temperature varies — which helps to avoid the feeling of “too hot” which can accentuate discomfort.
If your skin is very sensitive, opt for a gentle wash with a delicate detergent, without fabric softener , and rinse well.

If there are creases, a light steam or gentle ironing is sufficient.
TENCEL™ Lyocell is generally more fluid and smoother than classic cotton: it glides more, with a softer drape.
Cotton may appear drier and more structured, whereas TENCEL™ offers a more breathable and "clean" feel, very pleasant at night.
